Do I have to wait until March 31 to make a gift?

We’d love to count you in for Giving Day! Make your gift early at bc.edu/givingday and share with your network on March 31 to increase the impact of your support.

Can I mail in my gift?

We strongly encourage you to make your gift online at bc.edu/givingday. However, as long as your check arrives by March 31 with "BC Giving Day" in the memo, it will also be counted as part of the overall results. Email bcfund@bc.edu to let us know it's in the mail so we can count your support towards our goal.

Can I make a gift with stocks or securities for BC Giving Day?

Yes! Please call (617) 552-3440 or email uagifts@bc.edu to let us know so we can count your gift. Remember to mention Giving Day.

Can I make a gift through a donor-advised fund (DAF)?

Yes! To make a distribution to BC through your DAF, contact your financial institution and include “Giving Day” along with your gift designation. Email bcfund@bc.edu to let us know so we can count your support towards our goal.

Is there a gift minimum to count towards the BC Giving Day challenges?

No! Gifts of all sizes will count toward our Giving Day goals. We’re aiming to get members of the BC community to participate with a gift, so we encourage you to share the challenge within your network. Some challenges may only count gifts that meet certain criteria, such as specific funds. When you make your gift online you'll be able to see what challenges your gift is eligible to be part of.

I already made a gift to BC earlier this year. Will that count?

Thank you for supporting BC this year! For this challenge, we count gifts specifically for BC Giving Day, to participate we encourage you to make an additional gift at bc.edu/givingday on March 31.

What are BC Giving Day advocates?

Signing up on GiveCampus allows you to track the impact of your outreach. We encourage you to share messages to support BC Giving Day with your network of alumni, parents, friends, faculty, staff and students to participate with their gift on March 31.
