Your gift to the Dean's Innovation Fund for the Carroll School of Management helps:

PROMOTE ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE by assisting faculty with impactful and highly regarded research, through continuous updates to the undergraduate curriculum, and by developing new and innovative courses, ranging from coding to business statistics to ethical reasoning.

STRENGTHEN THE STUDENT EXPERIENCE by creating a well-traveled bridge between management and the liberal arts. With the opening of several minors to undergraduates across BC’s campus, forty-percent of management students double major or minor in the arts and sciences. The Fund is essential to the development of initiatives such as Portico and the Carroll School centers. Through special courses, seminars, and mentorship programs, these research and education centers offer unique opportunities for students to develop leadership skills, connect with thought-leaders, and apply what they’ve learned in the classroom to real-world situations.

ADVANCE EQUITY, JUSTICE, AND INCLUSION - Helps students with the highest financial need, making it possible for them to purchase textbooks, laptops, and proper attire for job interviews. It removes the financial barriers that prevent those students from participating in life-changing experiential learning activities.
