Gifts to Pine Manor Institute for Student Success contribute to...

The Pine Manor Institute for Student Success was established in 2020 when Boston College and Pine Manor College joined. The Pine Manor Institute helps increase access to high quality education for underrepresented students.
The Pine Manor Institute fosters and inspires academic growth, social development, and personal enrichment through four key educational pillars, with a focus on supporting first-generation, underrepresented, and underserved students:
- The Academy, a two-part experience for students in grades 8–12, including a summer enrichment program and a school-year tutoring and mentoring component.
- Messina College, a two-year college of Boston College that will grant associate degrees.
- A mentoring and tutoring umbrella organization for BC’s academic support programs.
- An alumni outreach initiative for graduates featuring year-round mentoring and life/success coaching.
The world needs BC to be the best university it can be, but what does BC need you to be? You can answer that question by making a gift of any size for BC Giving Day from Thursday, March 30 through Friday, March 31.
